RIP Micheal Jackson...  
I've been watching his memorial and say what you will about his personal life... the man was one hell of an artist and entertainer. The first music video I ever saw was for Beat It when I was 10 and it blew my mind and I was hooked on videos and rock/pop from that moment and I can never thank him enough for the gifts he's given us with his music.

(stevie wonder's eulogy just broke my heart when he said he wished hadn't lived to see this.)

can i tell you? my heart skipped a beat for a moment when i saw the name in your subject line!

and yes, it is sad that he is gone, sad that he lived his life the way he did at the end, and sad that he was so talented and was taken so young and left children behind...but dear god, can something else please be on the news???!!!

(SW's eulogy sounds like it was a tearjerker, thanks for sharing)

I've only been watching the news when the weather is on to avoid the hoopla.

Everyone of the people that's spoken have done so from the heart and you can tell.
