You know how plans go

Well, I didn't get to see the Science Fiction museum. They'd thought it closed at 6pm, when it was actually 5pm. I'd hit the bathroom while they went to get tickets when the announcement came over the intercom that it was closing. Bummer. But the outside is really neat and half of it is reminiscent of Moya (same coloring and curves). We're going back another time in the next few weeks.

But we wandered around the area around the space needle, had an early dinner and rode the monorail. Listened to a guy singing music from Rocky Horror which really made me and AOM's man laugh since we'd been talking about it in the car.

Spiderman 3 was sold out at the IMAX so we ended up going back to Tacoma and watching
28 Weeks Later
. That movie blew my fucking mind! I so fucking loved it! *hops up and down* I enjoyed the first one, but the sequel is much better and works as a stand alone flick. The soundtrack, coloring and direction drove me insane with glee. I've got to get that sucker (particularly the soundtrack). Best zombie movie ever because it actually scared the crap out of me. I highly recommend it. ;)

Now I'm playing with photoshop since AOM bought a couple books on special effects in it. So much candy!
