just a little something that came to mind  
There are stars that have never had their light gazed upon.

They are nameless, yet shine forever bright in the void; even long after their deaths.

Their heat touches no one and falls cold and diminishes into nothing.

Really, really nice. If you are interested, post it over on saneTVworld -- there is new posting interface on the main page, if you are logged in you will see it -- I think a little science-y fiction would be welcome!
